Park Reopening
Glenveagh National Park will reopen after Storm Eowyn on a phased basis.
On Friday 31st January the main car park, lake side walk, Castle, Visitor Centre, Lough Insagh trail and main glen trail will reopen. Buses will be running also.
The Gardens will partially reopen and we ask that visitors respect the signage and remain in the designated open areas whilst we work to reopen the gardens fully. Furthermore, the view point trail and Derylaghan trail remain fully closed due to fallen and dangerous trees, again, for your safety, we ask that visitors do not enter these areas.
As clean-up operation progresses we aim to fully reopen the remaining area over coming weeks.
Further updates will be posted here.
